Well, seeing as we are a fairly new website, we haven't had many questions asked of us, but as an internet shopper, these are questions I might ask:


Question:
How do I purchase items from your website?

Answer:
When you decide there is a design you may like to purchase, simply click that icon, which will take you to our designated CafePress store for that item. Because each item has its own store link, you have many, many product choices for each design. Simply click on the website banner at the top of the vendor  page to return to our website to view our other products. CafePress holds items in your checkout for you while you continue shopping with us.


Question:
Why am I purchasing your products from another vendor?

Answer:
We are both college students, and hence, are very broke. Setting up a reliable and secure store on our own would be costly and time consuming. Instead, we believe you will enjoy having all the benefits of a large, secure internet vendor while enjoying the fun, unique products of independent artists.


Question:
How can I pay for my items?

Answer:
Our vendor currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely use your credit card on their secure server, which encrypts all data entered. You can use your check card if it has one of the previously mentioned logos on it as well.

Our vendor does not currently accept checks, money order, or paypal.


Question:
What are my shipping costs and options?

Answer:

There most commonly used is $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping, which can be used for up to 5 items, and will be delivered in 5-6 days AFTER production time (some items take longer to produce than others because they are made AFTER you order them. Like good food!).



Question:
I am unhappy with my item. What do I do now?

Answer:
We hope this situation never arises, but if it does, there are two things you can do.
1. If you discover that a product we offer in our stores is low quality, please feel free to have our vendor refund your money, and LET US KNOW.
2. If you discover you do not like the design, and the product was just fine, contact us and let us know how we might improve the design.

Our vendor does offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so your satisfaction is important to both our vendor and us. They also allow for exchanges.
